Quesadilla

Flour tortilla grilled and filled with cheese cooked with bell peppers and onions, and choice of your favorite meat. Ground beef, Shredded chicken, Steak, Grilled chicken, Carnitas, Pastor or Chorizo, Shredded Beef or Shrimp. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans, and a cold set of lettuce, pico de gallo, and sour cream.
